Application

• for cold treatment: put gelatine bags or the whole Tendon Boots in the freezer for at least 2 hours
• for heat treatment: put the gelatine bag in the microwave for maximum 1 minute at 650 W

Care instructions

• machine washable at 30 °C
• remove gelatine bag before washing
• do not tumble dry
