HS Sprenger Nathe Pull-On Pelham with Flexible Bar

The HS Sprenger Nathe pull-on pelham is made of a high-quality plastic that is food-safe, anti-allergic and free of plasticizers and solvents. Thanks to the smooth surface, an eraser effect is prevented. The flexible rod is equipped with a steel core. The pull-up pelham with long suits is suitable for horses that become strong and withdraw upwards as it acts on the tongue, nape and corner of the mouth. The pelham should only be used in conjunction with a chin chain and a chin chain pad, as the chin chain limits the leverage. The special feature of a pull-on snaffle are the perlon cords, which are threaded through the side of the bit and to the lower ring of which you attach the rein, whereas the other end is buckled into the noseband as a cheek piece substitute. Due to the long shanks and the pull-on straps, a greater leverage effect is created, therefore it is suitable for an experienced rider’s hand. Thanks to the different buckling variations, a different leverage effect is possible. The pelham can be ridden with two pairs of reins. The side-mounted bit disks effectively prevent the chaps from being pinched, thus protecting the horse’s mouth angles.

Note: The chin chain is not included. Since it is a soft material, traces of use may occur due to the horse’s teeth. These do not represent a quality defect.
