Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Care Products (opened or used horse grooming items)
  • Riding Helmets (safety equipment cannot be returned once packaging is opened)
  • Riding Footwear that shows signs of wear
  • Personalized or custom-made items from our Saddle Accessoires or Horse Show Clothes sections

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely and include:

  • Original packing slip or order confirmation
  • Return authorization number clearly visible

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:
