Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
- All tags and labels must be attached
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Care Products (opened or used horse grooming items)
- Riding Helmets (safety equipment cannot be returned once packaging is opened)
- Riding Footwear that shows signs of wear
- Personalized or custom-made items from our Saddle Accessoires or Horse Show Clothes sections
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

- Return authorization number clearly visible
Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
