Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
Our Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging required
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Care Products (opened or used horse grooming items)
- Riding Helmets (safety equipment cannot be returned once packaging is opened)
- Riding Footwear showing signs of wear
- Personalized or custom-made items from our Saddle Accessories or Horse Show Clothes sections
Return Process
Step 1: Submit Your Request

- Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Product details (name, size/color)
- Reason for return/exchange
- Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
- Confirmation that items are unused with tags attached
- Your full name and contact number
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely and include:
- Original packing slip or order confirmation
- Return authorization number clearly visible
Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or wrong product:
